Cycling through Denmark

Two and a half weeks cycling from shelter to shelter. This year, the route took us from Flensburg via the islands of Funen (Fyn), Zealand (Sjælland), Møn, Lolland, Langeland, and Ærø back to Flensburg. Highlights included the shelter directly below the Røsnæs Fyr lighthouse on the coast, cycling in Copenhagen, Grundtvigs Kirke, Møns Klint at all times of day, as well as the many encounters with friendly people and the minimalist, slow-paced life on the road.
